BLOL! I am yet again a Soggy Bottom Boy! Was good up until about 45 min away. The last ten minutes lasted 1/2 hour! ....well..... seemed like it did.
I got me and MMR some accomidations at a super 8 motel... $60 bucks...not bad for two beds and a heater/aircond., that is currently drying my clothes  Roll Eyes Grin Grin (no laundry).
I'll fill ya in later when MMR gets here, he is about 1.5hrs down the road. Smiley

You guys are moving right along!!
Dang.. I feel like I am doing nothing..    I guess I'll get up early tomorrow and do my Saturday shopping on Friday.  That will freak them out at the grocery store.
Clutch cable replaced and lubed up.  Test ride tomorrow.

I was watching the weather on the National News the other night, and the weather forecast for Texas and the southern states looked dreadful.  Tornadoes, large hail, heavy thunderstorms......and I was thinking of you guys on your bikes.

I hope the weather forecasters are wrong and it all clears up for you.

Have fun!

Looked up the Addy for HEB this morning before checking the cafe. Glad to know my searching skills came up with the same as yours.
Going to check weather next. We might attempt to put both bikes on MMR's trailer although it is really small.
I did OK yesterday, was hairy for the last 30 minutes (fogged helmet), but other than wet everything was good.
Don't know how I-10 will be around 10:30-11am in Houston, hope not too congested.
We should arrive around noonish (map says 4hours), let's hope the rain stays north or east  Smiley

Looks like all the rain is south of I-10 and the sun is shining! Having a quick bite and then we should be on the road by 8am Smiley

Definitely keep an eye on the weather.  Looks good now, but T-storms are expected later.
I may try to meet up with you as you go through S.A, if you are going through SA that is.  If I was you, I would take 1604 or 46 around.
If you can, let me know when you plan on hitting the area and I will see if I can intercept!    Cheesy
That is, if it isn't too late!!   I will at least be able to give you the route to meet me in Bandera tomorrow.   Cool

looks good this morning in Columbus, that could change of course
I would definitely prefer to avoid SA, I drove there once, and never been back, I got so lost I has to hire a Taxi to show me the way out  Grin

You should be out of it before Kerrville.  I am a bit concerned that the East guys are going to get NAILED this afternoon.  There is nothing now, but the future guesser map is showing nasty stuff along IH-10 late this afternoon.  It shows more rain right on Kerrville about that time too.

Be CAREFUL OUT THERE!!  If you got to stop.. STOP!  We ain't in any hurry.
