If and why?

If Lois did nothing wrong...... why did she lose her job?

If Lois has nothing to hide, why not testify?

If.........

A BIG if  Lips Sealed

Why.........   Undecided

I know if I had in my power to answer and absolve issues surrounding me I would gladly accept the opportunity as such.

Why doesn't she???????

This is the same IRS that will be in-charge of Obamacare regulations too?

The 5th Amendment reads as follows:

Quote:
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.[1]

My argument becomes "the employment of the 5th Amendment is an admission of guilt".

My personal feelings, and many others I'm sure, is that the government should not conceal or "lose" any records and that information should be available to the public.
You work for me. I don't work for you.

Ya never know.... her computer could have been remotely accessed... and erased....
Mine was just remotely accessed by Microsoft two days ago...when I could not get the Microsoft office free 30 trial to work...
The operator on the other end took over my laptop (with my permission) and searched for the program error....
Seems that since I used "notebook", I was already using office...
Neat to see someone prying around and pages opening and closing on their own...
I got nuthin' to hide.... well.....I come here...and talk....but I ain't hiding it....
