I welded two trailer fenders together for my bobber project.
E bay is littered with ABS plastic small  ribbed bobber fender that look great and for under 25$.

Harley Davidson 1970-84 FL Shovelhead rear fender...

Old pic, hasn't looked like that in 4 years.

Currently still trying to finish the rewiring. Tank is a year unknown from a junkyard, HD fender, now has a VN800A 2 up seat that will get swapped for a sprung solo and rigid frame conversion, yep that is a drum front wheel, 6 inch dogbone risers, FL touring bar, Indian Chief style saddlebag set and tool roll...

Have fun with your mods. Stock is so far beyond dull it isn't even remotely entertaining.

You need at least 2 styles anyway...

The orange/cream is the 50s style "Pokey", the little black one is "Sam", now in "police mode"...
...since it reminds me of the small bikes used by the national police when I was living in Spain. I do have a pedestrian slicer front fender plate for it, but I'm far too lazy to actually install it...
