Without the Dial-a-Jet I would use a 155 main jet.

Posts: 53	Re: Post your elevation and setup Reply #6 - 08/25/14 at 20:42:43 elevation 6000 ft 2003 totally stock, nothing changed and it runs perfectly. 2007 with heiden tuned megaphone (Mikes XS), one step larger pilot jet, 2/3 of white spacer, snorkel removed. Runs very strong. but it is not really any faster than the 2003. Go figure!

elevation, varies greatly, 400- 2800 ft above sea level
set up 230, 53.3, zero turns stock air and exhaust, nylon spacer removed, needle set max rich... idle set high

am very happy with the way this machine hauls right now...

checked timing chain adj has 5/8ths inch or about .625" so I'm not over yet, no ovaling... (15.8 mm).
