As wbianchi is on a mac it is a bit different

My favorite to use is Command + Shift + 4 which targets a zone.

Or if you just want an active window: Command + Shift + 4 then hit spacebar to select your window.

Looks like hes using a Mac from the pic so alt+print screen wont work . I believe it would be Command+Shift+4 or Command+Shift+4, then spacebar, then click a window Edit: Coaxial beat me to it lol.
