I have watched it several times.....not sure exactly what is going on.

In the old days I heard of a front brake cable being bady routed.....and when the forks compressed the cable caught on something and when the forks came back up it applied the front brake. Most likely this is a hydraulic front brake and that would not be the cause.

Someday I will be old......But not today!
