Horse shoe for the LS640 03/31/14 at 15:11:13   I know a few people on the sight have gone to longer travel rear suspension, so I figured I'd post up how I easily extended the kickstand.  I made the base of the extension wider so that when I park on gravel or loose dirt it won't sink in.  Purchase list Hockey puck-   free  (you can get them for around $4/$5) 2x M6 SS button head bolts $0.86 2x M6 SS/nylon lock nuts  $0.46 2X SS lock washers $0.18 First remove the kick stand and introduce it to the hockey puck, while doing so trace the shape of the foot onto the puck. Next I cut down the puck from the foot stencil flairing outward to the lower edge of the puck. Then I sanded the edges smooth, contoured the top of the puck to fit the foot and drilled two holes to mount through on the foot and puck. Then counter sunk the holes on the bottom of the puck for the washers and nuts. Then mounted it....GIGGIDY GIGGIDY! All right!   All together sitting quite nicely
