Dear Serowbot, note this doesn't qualify for an award. It merely demonstrates that the bike has done 100,000 kilometers or 62138 miles. If you get a photo showing 20698, in fact 120698 Km, it will mean the bike has done 75000 miles. This next photo may be 3 or 4 years away. Regards J C Stokes.

This doesn't compare to some of the miles I've seen racked up on the Savage, but I pulled over to get this pic on the way home today.

Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut between the seat and the handlebars. Make sure yours isn't too tight or too loose.

I hope this qualifies me for 100K. If not, LMK and I will roll it around in my garage to take it over the top.

I bought the bike in 2018.  It had 1000 miles on the odometer.  It's been a blast, particularly due to this forum.  I have learned so much over the last 8 years.  This forum is a great place to hang out.  You all have helped me so much.  Looking forward to the next 100K.

Definitely qualifies, and Serowbot (or someone) should be adding you to the 100k group on the lead post soon!   Welcome aboard!!!!  Cheesy

Especially impressive if you put all those miles on the island of Oahu.  Pretty place, but.. small!
I also have been around the island a few times on a Suzuki Savage... but back then it was the TS-250.

Shaka Brah!  Cool    and thanks for all your input to the forum!

Can I claim the lowest milage of a 26 year old LS 650? In September I did get 1000 swedish Mil/10000 Km/6214 miles on the odometer! Is it run-in now? Its a garage queen, only driven in perfect weather!

Hay Zepp

If petrol goes up just a little more ???  Where fuel cost is a real incentive to jump on two wheels rather than four ?

I filled up today here in TN for $3.67/USA gallon.  I only put fuel from one of the Top additive companies but it runs good on 87 octane so that's what it gets.

Fuel prices seems to be going down this week ?  Every election year fuel always goes down !  Grin
That's OK , I think we normally have one of the lowest prices in the world ?

I give it another try!
Hej (hay) second attempt, in Europe we have the double or treble gas/diesel prices compare to USA! Its why we drive small european/Asian cars with stickshift! We do export luxuary gas gussling cars to USA where the gas is more or less for free!
Soo to compare my Skoda Fabia Combi do use about the same MPG as my Suzuki LS 650!
