Tool Box Question
01/28/14 at 12:39:42

Okay, you all know I'm a fan of the S40, a few simple mods and it's my favorite vehicle. BUT  - THE TOOL BOX SUCKS!!! It's hard to open, harder to close, the gasket falls off, the tools don't all fit, etc. So does anyone have a suggestion (good or bad) for a decent looking, workable alternative? Huh

This is what I have done and it has worked out well.  This is a wolfman motorcycle dry bag.  I put together a pretty inclusive kit and rain suit.  This is high quality stuff, I use it on my KLR as well.  Their is a pic with it on my s40 on the thread.

My solution:

It is large enough for anything I would want to do on the road. I use the stock tool box to put my wallet and watch in when I take the bike to the lake to go for a swim.
