That O-ring seals the oil supply galley. The oil returns from the head down a galley the right front of the cylinder.

Remove head cover Remove cam and rockers Remove head Cry Drill tap and coil Re assemble head Remove crankshaft cover Cry Adjust timing and re install camshaft and chain Install head cover Install engine Dance around ???

Or reduce the hole to m5 or m4 and use a 130 mm stud with threads on the ends and a bolt to lock her down?

High suction. Am I wrong to assume that if you did a ring a
Job one might have some metal flecks. Then again, its been stripped for 27 years and hardly leaks. I might fashion a bracket that mounts where the decorative cover goes and have it bent and formed so it applies pressure to the top of that bolt.

On another note I am having a hard time finding hose that fits my breather on the valve cover.
