Turn signal hole plug
12/29/13 at 07:57:20

I moved my turn signals back to the license plate bracket for saddlebags. Now I have to holes in the chrome fender brace's. Been thinking of making custom plugs, but that is time consuming. Any ideas here guys? Undecided

If it bothers you,.. you can buy little chrome, pop-in plugs at Ace Hardware... probably other hardware stores too...

Live with it for 6 months, then see how much it matters. Right now youre focusing on it. No one else cares & when youre running thru town, no one sees it & if they do, theyre not sitting there downing you or the bike over it.

An old Greek guy used to call me on my picky stuff in construction, he said there's an old Greek saying, "Many will see, few will notice."   Wink

I put rubber corks from the hardware store in the empty holes.  They're held in place by sheet metal screws through the former machine screw holes.  Most hardware stores have a selection of wood and rubber corks available.  You should be able to get a size that fits flush.
