She can't feel her feet...

Whenever my partner and I go for a ride on the Savage, she says that the rear pegs vibrate so much that her feet get numb. So much so that we only go on 20 minute rides...

The bike rides great, and there is no excessive vibration that I am feeling in the front.

Are there any aftermarket vibration-absorbing pegs I could get online? Anyone else have this problem? Maybe I should just wrap her feet in bubble wrap before we hit the road... Undecided

My wife had similar complaints on my Honda vtx, I put floorboards on the passenger pegs spot, problem solved. Maybe a wider peg? or a shoe with metal arch support?

Thanks!

Looks like there are a few floorboard options out there...

Anyone have any recommendations? My guess is that a floorboard is a floorboard?

How about footpegs that aren't attached to the swingarm?  Any of those available anywhere?

Her footpegs are constantly vibrating and moving due to the operation of the suspension.

It's funny. That whole feeling of vibration is what attracts me so much to my Suzuki. There has to be a way to restrict it to just the lower torso. Not that I'm a perv or anything.

Here are the cheapest on ebay that I can find

You can also go to his store and look at other floorboards to see what looks like a good fit.

Before you order anything off of ebay make sure you email them and ask about adapter sizes, length, width ect...

Yea type of shoes will make a big difference as well as how she places her feet on the pegs. If she has the balls of her feet making contact instead of closer to the heel the foot itself with take more direct vibration, as if she is making contact closer to the heel the leg itself with absorb more of the vibration. Ask her to sit on the bike parked and show you how she sits and makes contact with the pegs  Wink
