Yes.  See reply #62 in the Double RYCA build thread here:

Pictures of these vary on line. I am not sure if the sites are using stock pictures for them or what. First I seen this....

http://www.amazon.com/Supply-Economy-Carburetor-Repair-18-5064/dp/B001KOBMRU

Then this one..

http://www.amazon.com/Carb-Repair-Kit-Suz-18-5064/dp/B00AC85W8U

So now I am confused and not sure what to do. Both say the part number but look way different.

These pics are just examples... not necessarily the actual kit for the Savage...

All a "rebuild" kit is,.. is a float bowl gasket/o-ring and a new float needle and seat... and a few o-rings...
You don't really need the kit, to rebuild the carb... unless you are having problems with the float seat...
You can take apart the carb, and clean it and go through all the passages and jets, and put it back together, without any kit at all...

They should call a "carb kit", a "float kit"...
That's all it is...

Thanks Serowbot. As cheap as they are having one on hand 'for peace of mind' is how I like to roll. The thread mentioned is about an '02. Will this kit work on my '05? Are the carbs the same? Numbers legible on carb are 24C90. I appreciate the patience and help.

80's carbs,.. and carbs from other countries are slightly different (mostly jetting),... but all are the same model and take the same carb kit...
Any year will fit...

PS... if you don't need a new float needle right now,... don't buy one...(the nipple on the end of the needle will dry out nearly as fast sitting in your garage as installed in the carb)...
By the time you need it,.. it may be useless...
Best to buy fresh... when you are having a problem...

It may be ten years before you need it...
