Hey all this is my first post on the forum. I've been lurking around for a bit. I've had my savage for a few months now (bought it used with 10k on the odo '98) and things have been good until recently. I had my head gasket fixed cause the mechanic i brought it to thought it was that, that was leaking oil.. only until i came on this site did i realize it wasn't since its still leaking oil. Another issue which happened an hour ago.. it won't start. I was stuck in DC for an hour. trying to push start this thing in rush hour traffic. I wanna start learning how to fix these problems myself but would like someone with actual know-how to kinda show me the way. Is there anyone in the DMV willing to help? Food and beers on me (I'm a private chef) and I can go to your place.
