Almost sold my bike
08/24/13 at 14:36:27

Haven't ridden since I moved about 6 months ago, had the bike in storage while we were transitioning.  Once I got it to the new house I realized I had not renewed the license.  I haven't made it to the DMV so I just hadn't ridden it.  I had run it a few times, and it was running a bit rough the last few outings anyway.  So I decided to list it for sale.  A guy was interested, and I told him it had been running a bit rough, maybe needed a tune up, and some fresh gas.  So I decided to take it to the station and add some gas treatment.  Welll.... It was an awesome ride.... Didn't want to go home, until it started raining on me. Talked to the guy again and said it was running much better, so he said he may come get it Saturday.  Heard from him this morning saying they went and bought his wife a 2012 model.

I was actually relieved and take that as a sign, she needs to stay with me.  Going to the DMV this week, get the Piglet legal again, and ride!!!!

Thanks Kimmy. Tried to PM you on your birthday but my computer at work won't let me and I haven't figured out why. So happy belated birthday!

Lancer, we moved about 100 miles north to Parkersburg.  Hubby got a promotion and relocation offer with his company and we decided to go for it.  I had to change jobs, new house, blah blah, but we're very happy with the move.  We used the bike from you for parts for my step-son's bike, which he bobbed and rode for a year or so.  It quit running and has been parked for a while.  I don't even know what's wrong with it now.  Glad to hear how happy you are these days.  Life is grand.

I was in RMNP last week for family vacay.  I was so jealous of motorcyclists while driving around in the rental car.
