oil question

Do all fully-synthetic oils(for motorcycles with wet clutches) have enough ZDDP levels(or something with equivalent protection) ? I just assumed(and I know better) that they did I have been using Amsoil since the 700-800 mile mark

synthetic/dino are not related to ZDDP levels...
Get a Motorcycle (JASO) approved oil... they have ZDDP and can be synth or dino...
Shell Rotella oil is the "bang for the buck" motorcycle oil... although it's called a diesel oil, it is motorcycle approved...
It comes in dino or (T6) synth...

Ive been seen hauling as many as 15 gallons out of the store at one time.
It goes in my mower, 4 wheeler, back hoe & Suzy.

I just put it in for the first time in my new bike yesterday, bout 75 miles since. I have noticed more chicks look at me now while riding....and I think it holds up better to the heat as well. It was so hot yesterday I rode in my speedos, but my bike just purred on....

I know that much has been written about this topic in this forum, and maybe many of you veterans are tired of these types of questions(maybe that's why I got so few responses). However, I feel the need to press on. After the initial break-in of my new bike last August, I switched from the oil my bike came with from the factory(did this even have enough ZDDP levels). I decided to go with Amsoil(as I have used in my car). I haven't been able to find Amsoil's ZDDP levels. I thought that it would provide the necessary protection without adding a ZDDP product. Am I wrong ? Have I been causing damage for the past 1500 miles ? If I need to add some ZDDP I will, but too much would also be harmful. Please advise ! :'(

Amsoil is a good oil. I will not buy from them for the way they do business, MLM and their miss leading advertising. They were not the first to market synthetic oil.
Some interesting reading.

Amsoil is a small company with only blending facilities, they don't have refineries to produce synthetic base stock oils.. Who do they buy these pao base stock oils from?
Their major supplier of PAO base stock is Exxon/Mobil, the largest producer of synthetic oils in the world. They purchase some Group III base stocks from Shell, Petro Canada, and others. About 90% of their additive packages come from Lubrizoil.
The answer to your question can be found in Amsoil's white papers.

Myself, I use Redline 10W40 motorcycle oil. Its loaded with ZDDP. Mobil 1 racing 4T 10W40 motorcycle oil is pretty good as well. Both are JASO MA rated.
