Yup, only my front fender has any paint left, but it's black w/blue flakes...
(might be off an '03)... I also have an old tank in the shed... same paint...

Yep.  Same on my 2007.  The metallic looks nice in the sun and really shows when you polish it up.

I have an '05 that is black and I never saw any blue metal flakes but my wife always did say I was color blind.  Now you have given me an incentive to give it a good wash and polish.  I want to see those blue flakes.

I have a black '01 with the same blue flake in the paint job across the fenders and tank.  Smiley

Pretty awesome for a stock paint job in my opinion. Still think I'll go with matte black though... eventually.  Wink

It's hard to get a picture of metalflake, because it needs to be in the sun and the sun makes reflections. This is my '07.
