I was thinking about running the Jardine Rumblers exhaust on my savage, but do I need to rejet the carb? If so, what jets should i use??

Jardine's are very open, and loud....
You will likely need a rejet with one...
It may increase HP,.. but it will reduce the width of torque...

Torque,.. vs.. HP...
Torque, is what you feel in your pants when you twist the throttle.. HP, is maximum acceleration...
Carbs , intake, jetting, and exhaust, mods... will generally trade torque for HP...
You will balance the width of the powerband, for the peak...
A wide powerband, uses torque,... and feels like it pulls from any throttle... a narrow powerband, uses HP,... and makes more horses, but in a limited range of throttle...
It is possible,..(and often happens),... that you push and narrow the torque-band, up and out of the maximum rpm range... or,.. the band can be widened so far, as to restrict the HP's, and strangles the breathing of the engine...
It's all about balance... a good, wide torque-band, with a maximum HP within the rpm range of the engine...
Getting the right balance depends on whether you want a dragster, or a canyon carver...

To change actual power, overall... you need to add, cc's, or compression... or reduce centrifugal mass...

I rambled... if you want a Jardine... you should re-jet...
The other advice, ... the other rant, is just for anyone interested in performance theory... (maybe mostly my theory, but based in some general tuning theory)...
...  Huh...
