Clutch lever/starter bypass?
12/05/12 at 15:26:50

Anyone have a diagram and directions on how to bypass the starter cutout when you pull in the clutch lever? How's it done?

So, just connect the two wires leading to the clutch lever switch?

Yup,.. that's it... you can do it tidy, under the tank, or right at the connector...

Just be mindful of what it is pointed at before you start the thing. Want it to hit the softest thing possible.

Any safety can be bypassed. The wisdom of doing so is a different matter.

No matter what safety gadgets they come up with for motorcycles,... they'll still be motorcycles...
The act of riding one, is to thumb your nose at safety...
... a bike is a machine that wears it's insides on the outside... and when you ride one, so do you...
And that's the thrill...

I do wear a FF helmet,... just 'cause I can't face living without a jaw,.. or a nose...  .. and because bugs and stones really hurt at 60mph...

To ride is to challenge technology, and safety, and rules that mommy taught, and gravity, and physics...

Why else does anyone ride?... you can get 55mpg in a Prius...
If safety is your number one concern... you didn't buy enough wheels...
Huh...
