Oberon Bar Ends
12/02/12 at 14:09:41

Does anybody have the oberon bar ends on their bike? Or does anyone know if they will fit with the ryca clip ons? They say they fit  1inch clip ons with an internal diameter up to 22 millimeters. They are pretty expensive to buy them and them not fit, and I do not have my bike with me at college. Finally get to finish it this Winter Break.

just to clarify when you say bar ends....is that bar end weights, bar end mirrors, or bar end indicators?  they make all of the above.  Also have you been to their website in Europe or contacted them directly through it?  I bought foot pegs from them in the past and they were very good to deal with directly.

take a look at their site if you haven't.  here are bar end weights.
http://www.oberon-performance.com/acatalog/Motorcycle_Small_Universal_Bar_End...

it has two parts...one for 7/8" handlebars  and one for 1" handlebars.  lists your mm references too for ID's.

They guys out at ryca told me they were 19 mm so I got the 1in bar ends. they can expand up to 22mm so I think they should work, just sucks you have to get them from the UK so shipping and currency conversion kills you.

I just ordered some then realized the prices for ONE mirror not for a set. With the uninsured shipping that is $45 each or $90 for the set. I am trying to email them and cancel now.

at the sake of looking silly (sillier?) i thought about a set of those in addition to my regular mirrors to see around my wide body.

i opted for some mirror extender/risers but still might add some.

An extra mirror or two never did any harm. Shocked

darn Mods...

I ordered some off ebay from autolive(?) and got here in TWO DAYS from ENGLAND, and it was only like 25 bucks in shipping for both mirrors. Then they decided to leave them with my in-laws neighbors due to nobody being home, hope they arn't kleptomaniac's.
