I cant speak for star but if you had a reuters feed (which I obiously do) the time the toledo Jeep/Mitt said/Obama said/CEO said story was getting out, so was this one - if I recall -
The initiative is in partnership with the cities of Philadelphia, Chicago and San Francisco and is meant to add 110,000 jobs, internships and mentorships to the 180,000 summer work opportunities for 16-24 year olds that Obama has promised to create for 2012.
They both ran at almost the same time - tuesday morning if I remember. I wasn't paying too much attention exactly when ... but I think they ran close to each other ...
Being as it was 1100 from one and 110000 from the other, I can see how you could have thought you were seeing double.
However I am not star, and I didn't say anything about 110,000 jobs till now.
