& how would that reduce Under Hood Temps?

By Holding the Heat In the pipe,,

I dont see how this translates to more power on a bike. If youre just here to spam for this pipe coating outfit, Im sure youll be gone soon,

The only time coating or wrapping affects performance is with turbo-charged cars. Other than that, the engine couldn't care less what happens with it once it's expelled as long as it leaves freely.

On modern cars with emission systems, it may have an effect on how fast the catalyst and O2 sensors reach operating temperature and therefore affect how quickly the ECU gets into normal operating mode - but that still has nothing to do with the engine itself - that's just the cràp attached to it.
