Can the sound/tone of my exhaust change after a re-jet or did I mistakenly (?) double up on my meds?

Greg I've also noticed the tone changes with the weather. High humidity, temp variance, etc. I'm not sure if it's due to acoustics or if it's the changes in weather changing the air/fuel ratio or a bit of both.
