Probably doesn't need bigger tanks....it is most likely not ridden very far or very fast. They could have done a much better job in building a vintage looking tank however.....that tank looks more "steampunk" than "Board Track".
The chassis and tires are most likely not up to the task of actually riding the bike at speed or in traffic......and certainly not for anything more than a few miles at a time - the seating position with forward foot controls and handlebars and a tiny seat near the back wheel looks like it would be tortuous to ride.
The original board track bikes were not very powerful and ran wide open - some didn't even have throttle controls and a kill switch was used when they needed to come to a stop.....brakes were pretty marginal if they even had them!
