I would put one side of the upper mount on the engine with A bolt poked thru & wired/ taped, whatever,, in place. Lay the frame on it & bolt the other half on. Align engine/frame with lower bolt holes & stuff them in, no nuts needed. Stand it up & go to work,
You may be ahead with a piece of all thread cut in 2, so you can have your peg bolts in your hand & drive them thru, replacing the all thread, keeping the engine suported.
