I went ahead and bought a paper copy, too...since I don't take my laptop out to the shop. Look in the technical section, table of contents post. LOTS of good links there.

I like having a hard copy, allows me to make notes in the margin and track maintenance and repairs in the back. Plus I hate typing with greasy hands and having my laptop in the shop is just not a great idea in the first place. I guess you could print out each section you needed as you needed it but that is just not being very green "as seen by this young fart"

no you can't.
those are copyrighted materials and likely to disappear soon after they are listed... and so they have.
