Reply #30 - 04/25/12 at 19:31:33 no need to take out the carb. drop the bowl, you may need to pry on the bat box to get a little more room. give the carb a twist to the side for better access to the jets.

I suggest you start with a 155, get 1 smaller and 2 bigger. you should start with 150 with a stock muffler.

Reply #34 - 04/25/12 at 20:09:14 150, 152.5, 155, 157.5, 160, stock is 52.5 so 1 size up... 55 only up the pilot if you're 3 turns out. the number reflects volume of flow per time period.

Oh well...
