Honestly it feels like my left hand will tire very easily. I did take apart the clutch pack and reassemble. Is there a possibility I assembled it wrong? I never rode the bike stock so I am not sure how it should feel, but this feels very wrong.

If so don't worry, just take it apart and put it back together again.

Posts: 1416 Charlotte, NC	Re: very heavy clutch Reply #2 - 01/18/12 at 10:14:41 The fact your clutch feels heavy and, as posted in your other thread, your throttle doesn't snap back, both seem to point to your cables being routed in such a way that they bind because of bends that are too tight.

I believe my throttle is slow to snap back because I have my handle sticking out past the plastic throttle tube. I need to cut the tube and then use oil instead of grease.

My clutch might be heavy because the previous owner possibly might have changed the springs due to a slipping clutch. This I will have to find out myself.

My cable routing without the components attached let the cables move freely. I proved this to myself already. I do want to get shorter cables however. Thanks for the help guys.

First hand experence ! That the bad ; its as easy to fix; as it was to mess up! just get the ultra-gray form-a-gasket back out.
