Lol...o man my friends GSR was stolen and it had one of those brake disk lock.
I will only use the bike to go to work or places where I know I can see it and not leave her unattended for a long period of time. During the night she would be sleeping inside the apart.
I'm not investing time and money so a piece of s... Comes along and takesit. I will blow holes in my walls with the 12 gauge If I hear something funny at night.

The disc lock helps keep it from being rolled away, but that plus a chain pad locked around a telephone pole will will keep it safe.. fork lock + disc lock + chain = waaaaay to much trouble for a theif.... I hope...

Just wanted to show my friend's bike. He owns a custom motorcycle shop here in Atlanta. He's the one doing the cuts and prepping the frame for a powder coat. He's the one with the special tools!!

Wow!! That is a fine VS800 Bobber! Always did like the snowflake wheels that came on the early models!

I was just watching the video from his shop that you posted in another thread yesterday. It has a lot of shots of him riding around on that bike but no good shots of the bike itself. I'm glad you posted these; that's pretty sharp stuff!!

It's always hard to tell just from photos, but it looks to me like those wheels might be the same as on the Savage?
Maybe you could swap a set onto your bike if you found some on Fleabay?
