right rear turn signal

has any had isses with only one turn signal going out? bulb not blown - continuity check confirms bulb is good - last worked correctly last night on the way home - today fast blinking indicator on the instrument cluster - front bulb working fine - left F & B working fine - figure must be a broken power wire or ground to that unit.....would be nice if it were just as easy as it coming unplugged....

Most likely bad contact in the socket...
Scrub the bulb base contacts and in the socket with steel wool...

i am going to check voltage at the socket first and go from there back tracing the wires - would be good if it were just a tad of corrosion keeping it from making contact.

Isn't fast blinking usually an indication of a short to ground?

Sounds like a bad connection.  Corroded or loose.   Undecided
