headlight and horn go dim sometimes

my headlight goes dim sometimes when it does the horn is also weak and both turn signal lights are slightly on(the ones on the tank not the turn signals themselves ) . the bike has a fresh battery .it doesnt do it all the time but its not safe to ride like this . thanks for any help

headlight going dim has been a loose connector under the tank.
but with the indicator lights being on, i'd say you gotta short.
take the tank off, and have a looksey
you might not find it. sounds like 2 wire pushed together.

Check where your fuses are. Some others & I had 1 of the fuse boxes shoved into the air box under the seat. Most of us had the same problems as you cause gunk got in around the fuses. But if it's not as simple as that then deffinately check your wires.
