You can make your own bolt struts in place of shocks, or buy a set on eBay. If you're talking full in rigid frame, the only vendor I know of that sells them is voodoovintage.com

Someone on here did a hardtail mod. I remember thinking, "that's gotta be hard on the ass bone." Can't remember who, though. Maybe a hardtail search would turn up better results?
