NUTS!!!

Looking for some bungee nuts and not sure of the thread.
Another thread stated the shock threads were M10 1.5 but I'm not sure
Found these M10 1.25 (would they work for the upper shock mount?)

Or these M8 1.25 (would they work for the acorn nuts that hold the side rails?) - another thread stated the bolts that hold the side rails on are M8 1.25 of varying lengths.

Wrench size 17mm is M10
Wrench size 13mm or 12mm is M8
I don't remember the shock nut size
I usually just hook the bungee cords around the shock mount below the nuts and then criss-cross them and hook the other ends to the sissy bar.

These are not the nuts, but are far better than bungee cords:

I found some at the dollar store

I have one of these figure 9 things,, Im as good with rope as anyone Ive ever known, tying things down is just no big deal , & parachute cord is super handy for loading a bike. Even tho I can tie knots & get loads down tight easy enough, that little figure 9 thing makes is SOOO easy,, I use it, Bungee stuff is helpful & use that stuff, too, but I dont like to use them on big clunky loads w/o some cord.

I was thinking I would try and pick up one of these nets (think they could be real handy) but I guess I don't need the specific nuts to attach.
Thanks for the replies

I have a quad net from Meijer:
http://www.meijer.com/s/quadgear-atv-stretch-cargo-net-black/_/R-140851
. The one positive of it over the ones from BikeBandit is the hooks are plastic, not plastic coated metal. I put 2 hooks on top of the shocks, 2 under the fenders between the shocks and the rear turn signals and the back 2 under the fender in front of the tail light. It held a very stuffed shoulder bag for a weekend trip to the AMA Museum in May with no issues.

I think the nut is a 10mm, not sure about the pitch.
only way to be sure is to measure (# of threads/mm) it or take the stock acorn nut off and try it on the fitment sample at the parts store.

The shock mounts (top and bottom) are M10 x 1.25, which is a hard to find size.
