RYCA tire pressure and rear suspension settings

I am curious to know what other RYCAteers are running for front and rear tire pressure. I have 30 psi front and 32 psi rear now. I am not seeing a difference between the pressures at start-up and after a ride. Not expecting this.

What are your rear suspension settings? I have mine at the softest and weight 160lbs. Will play with this. Just curious to what others have discovered.

Which shocks are you using? The "upgrade" or the standard?

Standard, which I believe are Progressive 412's.
I've raised the spring tension 2 notches from least-compressed. It seems better. As I get used to this bike, I'm cornering more aggresively.
