You'll never see an amish use a donkey either.
That shirt and helmet would be considered to 'bright' for them to wear.
I pity the women in the summer in them black dresses they wear.
Got a buggy load of them around here. Makes rideing the twisties on some local roads a real adventure. Horse cr@p all over the road and a buggy around the next corner! Cheesy

I'd imagine a full face helmet wouldn't be the first choice for the men considering the lengths of beards I've seen either.  Huh

I'd guess Key West, Cuba or Puerto Rico, but way overdressed for Key West... Palm trees, Mimosa trees and old Spanish brickwork.

We've got Amish and Mennonite around here, had Mennonites by our place in Washington. Mennonite kids always wanted to go for rides on the back of my Vulcan. They are allowed cars... Heck, even some Amish sects are allowed electricity now, at least in their milking parlors, some are even allowed to have tractors.

Wish I could get some of their older kids to give me a hand on the farm. But I'm exactly the wrong influence.  Grin

Actualy the mennonite kids get to make a choice of how their going to live at the age of 18. They can follow their sects rules or they can live like 'the English.'(Us)
Their last couple of years as teenagers they get pretty wild. You should see some of the parties when they hit 18...lol
Those that decide to live like us dont get shunned by their families either.

The amish are just flat stuck. They give up their sects rules their shunned by their familes and friends. They dont exist. And being called an 'English' is about as close to a swear word as youll hear them use.
Good people, odd ways, pay good if you drive em around but they WILL get their moneys worth. You drive em they will have you on the road all over the country literaly from dawn to dusk...lol

Of course. I come from Amish or Mennonite stock that was shunned. Ancestor joined a southern unit during the War of Northern Aggression. Pretty sure he got conned into it by another relative, General Forrest. Yeah, THAT one.
