I saw the Moody Blues in concert in the mid 80's. Really good show.

They came thru Midland Texas, of all places. They played in a tiny place, packed to the gills.I havent been to many concerts, but I made it to that one, They had the local philharmonic orchestra on stage & it was a nice sound they all made.

First thing I'd do is get rid of that ugly ass fairing!  I hate the looks of them things!  The shop where I got my savage had an old savage with a harley fairing on it, looked rediculous!

i got caught in the rain yesterday - i wished i had that fairing!

My GS750T had a fairing like that. No steroe but it did have functional ashtray and lighter. Since I smoke like a defective chimney and wear 1/2 or 3/4 helmets...

Fairings are fine as long as they are chassis mounted, not fork mounted. Fork mounted seriously affects steering. They may look goofy (okay, most are beyond hideously repulsively fugly) but they serve a definite purpose.

Millions of Geezer Glides and Lead Wings couldn't be wrong... Wink
