He got my order on track and delivered, albeit later than I expected when the order was placed. In this case, having a specific person to call helped immeasurably. Terry

I thought I was done with them but apparently I'm not.
Today I got a notice from UPS of a failed delivery attempt. I contacted them and found out it was Superbrace that had shipped my "order" on June 24. The order was $67 C.O.D.
So they shipped it anyway, without billing me in the first place.
If I was a dishonest person I would have paid the money and sold the brace, but I am so I told UPS not to make another delivery attempt and to return it to Superbrace.

No,, he cancelled his order,, if someone ships you something Unsolicited,, then tries to bill you,, they can rot.. There used to be a big scam, where people would send magazines, unsolicited, then bill the recipient,,
That guy ordered a brace,, got all kinds of run around, eventually cancelled the order, then, after several weeks, they ship? PHHHHT,,, It wouldnt have been theft to take it, IMO.. & your analogy to the houses is total crap.
