I love the overall look...How does it handle with those Narrow bars?

Not too bad.  A little sketchy at times but over-all okay.

Mean looking   Cool

For sh!ts and giggles, see what it looks like with the forks lowered... drop out the spacers in the forks and let it settle down.

That's on the list of things to do...

Aw man, I liked the rattier, mismatched look from before. But it's not my bike.

And did you get rid of the rectangular light?

Sorry man.  The rectangle headlight was giving me trouble so we replaced it.  It was a used, car fog light.  I think it got bounced around too much.

Had a guy here local do that.  We just cut off the old pipe up close to the head and started from there with some fresh bends.

Man that's clean! Where did you find that tank and how did you go about mounting it?

The tank is by Slim.  It's mounted with a tab in the front and a tab in the back that also mounts the front of the seat.  I can get pics if interested.

At first when I saw this bike I said I to myself "mmm not a fan". (Bear in mind I think any bike that makes the creator happy is awesome, just perhaps not the direction I would go with mine.)

Well then I realized...

-Never seen that color before.
-Never quite seen an exhaust at that angle before on a Savage.
-Doesn't look like there are quite enough parts there to make an operational, street legal bike.

Then I realized... PRETTY cool.  Cool

That paint stands out as an ugly mustard the first time you see it to me, but every time I come back to check out the pic it turns more into a grand gold I've never seen before.

Congrats on your creation!

That would be awesome! I've been itching to get a different tank on mine since I got it.

Front mount is for the tab at the front of the tank.  Back mount is for back of tank and front of seat.
