Skinny bike, simple look, I like it. Where did you get the little bullet headlight? Did you powder coat yourself? I gotta have my wheels down next winter.

Thanks.  I got the headlight from a friend.  No, I didn't do the powder-coating.  I had it done here locally.

The drum and the forks, how pricey was it? Did you do the other work yourself? Looks very clean.

Wonder if no turn signals in front is legal in NY, I want to take mine off too.

Actually, drum and forks are rattle can.  The bars and sissy bar are newly coated.  $50 for both pieces.

I did some of the work but Eli at Cheapskate Cycles did most of it for me.

I'm not sure about legality of the signals.  I took all of mine off though.

So I'm probably looking at a couple of hundreds max for both wheels. I want to mount white walls also.

Inspection is a joke in NY too though, took 30 secs at the shop, guy just walked around the bike, didnt try anything.

Mean looking   Cool

For sh!ts and giggles, see what it looks like with the forks lowered... drop out the spacers in the forks and let it settle down.

Aw man, I liked the rattier, mismatched look from before. But it's not my bike.

And did you get rid of the rectangular light?

Does anyone know how big a front tire you can put on without the fender?

If you are talking about how much to have the rims powder coated, the place local to me charges 50$ a rim, motorcycle or car. I have mine done solid flat red and they look great!

Awesome job on the bike by the way!!! Smiley

$50 is good, I was debating between flat red or black. I'm leaning toward red.
I was talking about tire size also, I want to change my front to a bigger size white wall.
