I like it with the exception of the gold. I would rather it all be the blue and black pin stripe. I would ride it if given the chance..Smiley kim

It's times like this I wonder the same thing, sometimes I don't think Harley wants to make a living selling bikes, perhaps they are in business as a tax write off.

...ahhh, nothing goes so well together with sea-foam green
as does soft-mustard yeller and chrome.

Is that a burned building in the back?  Huh

Nope, they're in business to sell clothes. Huh

Seriously though, I bet they make a bunch more money off clothes than they do bikes. Roll Eyes

I think it would have looked cooler with black tins with gold (mustard?) pin stripping.

I agree, that is what the old XLCR should have looked like.

One thing I'd want to correct is the footpegs, still much too far forward.

As for the paint schmeme, well, ok, the guy must come from Liberia or the Congo or whatever... Tongue

AND

you may have noticed the fairing comes from a 1970s Ducati...  Cheesy

Yea,  With the bars that low, it might be a bit of a knee cramp situation.  But..... that's where the regular Sportster's have their mid-control foot pegs.  I have my originals in a box in the garage.
