I'm a newbie- just got my 07 s40 a couple of weeks ago. I have a couple of questions:
What mods can I do to the stock exhaust to make it sound better and louder?
How can I make the seat more comfortable?
So far Ive had the dealer set up the carb to reduce backfire, put the suzy windshield on, and fought with the suzi saddle bags to get them on right, replaced the fork lock cylinder and tracked down a key blank for it, made a bracket to mount the helmet lock onto the windshield mounting bracket, and replaced the anemic headlight bulb with a Piaa Super plasma.

Cool, welcome

Search hartman mod, some other stuff too, drill thru the back and some of the baffles.

Or put a dyna muffler on.

For keeping it simple, and easily brought back to stock if needed, I drilled these 7/32 holes. Its a little louder, and doesn't sound bad either.
