I would ride this.

Looks like Yamaha is taking a more aggressive approach to getting past this economic slowdown.

68.9!  Looks a lot like a V-Rod for 6 or 7k less.

I guess that I have to say that it just looks like all of the other "customs" out there. I hate to say it, but they all look alike to me.  One of the things that I really appreciate about this site is the diversity of styles and looks.  You can tell its a Savage by the single big jug, but often, you have to do a double take.

Basically it's the V-Star 1300 mill shoved into a Raider-styled package ... not a bad lookin' Bike, but am wondering if it's "neccessary"?
Time for the Big-4 Japanese m/c manufacturers to get back on the 350-750cc bandwagon IMHO ...

I agree with you Perry, I love taking my son's GS450 out. People look at me funny when I keep up with them at 80 on the interstate with a little 450. I love the singles but they should bring back the inline 4s. I know Yamaha has a new production bike but they don't import it here.

If it were a one-off custom, okay... but, mass produced, it will just be a bike...
What are you gonna' do to make it yours?... Add chrome?...
Paint more flat black?...
It leaves you nowhere to go...
So, you ride a stock bike...
... a very "Walmart" custom..... Huh...

The frame looks like it would be fairly easy to fasten a sidecar to but those raked out forks might be a problem. It has a lot of rake but only 4 inches of trail.

very pretty 'for a twin'.
When is Japan going to rediscover the V-4?
They still make the V-Max, but what about the Honda Saber61 or something from Suzuki?
If you have ever tried a V-Max you know what Hot-Rod means.

Nahhh ... no V-4 for me ... I want 'Zuki to do a 650cc air-cooled, F.I. parallel twin "Bobber" ... I'd be all over that! Cool
