Hey Guys, where's the best place to get a carb mod. kit with jets,spacers etc. Had my  '00 Savage about 2 yrs.(4,000 miles) and would like to tune carb to go with the Jardine pipe and maybe a better air filter? Thanks and be safe,Cat

You probably cannot get a BETTER air filter than the OEM pleated paper one. You may be able to get a less restrictive one, at the cost of poorer filtration.  There's no free lunch - you either get good filtration and some airflow restriction, or poorer filtration and less restriction.
