So I got the parts I need for paint and dropped it off at my buddys a few days ago! Thought I'd show you all how its looking, still waiting on the parts but hopefully gonna dive into the engine any day here.

I'm going matte black, the works. Um not really sure kinda just wanna dive in, take it apart and rebuild it, this is my first bike and I'd like to get a feel for how they work, figured that would be the best way to find out.

Yep... Get really intimate with her, that's the best way to learn. You have a manual to follow, right? A lot of things are obvious but sometimes you need a little guidance too...
