Interesting list.  I learned to drive in NJ, but I have been living in Or for the last 12 years.  I can not stand the way people in Or drive.  

I saw a report listed buy car a few years ago.  VW jetta divers were the worst.

I can easily believe that.  I work in Oregon and live in Washington, so spend a lot of time driving in both.  Seems like the OR drivers are a lot more aggressive, and downright rude a lot of the time.
