just purchased a 2003 Savage, it's amazing

I purchased a 2003 Savage, just had it inspected, and rode it around for a while today.
Its a really good ride.   Grin  My other bike is a 1983 Honda CM250C.  That year was also a belt drive, its what got me looking at the Savage in the first place.  Reading these forums is what convinced me to buy one.
I'll take some pictures of the two of them and write something up comparing both models, just in case anyone else is riding a CM250/Rebel and wondering about the Savage.

Congrats, welcome and enjoy the ride.

I have grown to really like coming here and reading something new about this bike just about every day.

I went from an '82 CM250C (chain drive) to a 2001 LS650.  Only thing is I had to put my Savage together, and I had sold the Honda so I was bikeless for a month.

And yes, it's a wow thing.

Welcome to the forum!!!!
