Biker clocked at 300kph

It's our May long weekend and everyone is in a rush to get out of the city. The RCMP had a radar trap set up on the hiway close to our house Friday evening and clocked a bike at just shy of 300kph (186 mph). They didn't even bother chasing him. By the time they would have got rolling, the bike would be long gone. It is a long straight 4 lane hiway with some small hills. I ride it every week and will be payg closer attention to my mirrors now. I just know this isn't the ony incicent of a bike attempting low earth orbit on this hiway.

There is a road near my  brothers house (South Africa) that is straight for 6or7 miles, he got his ZX9 absolutely flat in top there, 300kph (186mph).

They didn't say what kind of bike it was. I'm sure all they saw was a 2 wheeled blur.

So there is this video on the net of a 1,400 HP Nissan Patrol doing 400kmh.

I'm not into "fast & furious" anything, couldn't care less, but the 1st
time I saw it i finally understood what the big deal w/raw horsepower is.

Afterward i looked up some more "nissan patrol" videos... i was speechless.

Around Dubai it seems they turbocharge these things for fun and easily
get over 1000HPs out of them and run them at full speed in the dunes or on
the highway... I guess that's what one does when gas is 1 cent a liter and
there are no beer and/or girlies to keep one's mind busy; i guess poor zaps
have never heard of a savage (cause it would change their lives), anyway enjoy:

400 kmh on highway
2 different angles
0:23sec and 0:35 sec
