Finally READ your post instead of drooling. Sorry for the dumb question.
And for a big experiment it looks like you got it spot on.

very nice build! one of the best i've seen.
goes to show you that our bike has a lot of potential.
i'm interested in knowing about the rearsets as well. would love to add a set to my bike.
did you do all the work yourself or have a shop do it?
All of the fabrication was done out of my shop in Los Angeles (Ryca Motors). We'll be launching our website next week with some more info about our work.
Here's a picture of the rearset bracket, although it's difficult to see with all the other parts on the bike. The bracket is one-piece, each side connected horizontally with tubing for a very rigid structure, and mounted at the engine mounting points. It's designed to be used with Tarozzi rearsets, and doubles as the exhaust support bracket. The design also re-locates the stock rear brake switch, keeping everything functional.

Congrats on a job well done!!! Please keep us up-to-date on your Riding exploits with her (pics would be deeply appreciated!) ...

That truely is a beautiful bike.
Well done! You nailed the classic beauty of the British Cafe' racers and perfectly integrated it w/ the clean lines and simple reliability of the Savage. Hats off to you my friend.
Now, I wonder if the wife will let me do that to hers.....

Casey,
You mention your shop in LA. Does that mean that it would be possible to order a set of brackets and rearsets from you? I for one, would be very interested in such a package.

Yeah, I can reproduce all the components, including the rearset assembly. My original plan was to build a second and possibly third complete bike based on this prototype and offer them for sale. I was just kinda waiting to see the response and guage if there was any interest. Since everything is bolt-on, there could be a kit as well.
We're going to work out the price list and get our website up next week. But until then, I will take some better pics of the rearset bracket and hardware.

Still working on prices, can I PM you with a quote in a few days?
Would you want them bare metal, powder coated, or painted?
Yeah the tach seems to be fairly accurate.

Bare metal would be good! May look into a tach, ditching the speedo soon.

That's the classiest bike I've seen in a long time, on the road or online. Thought of entering it in custom shows? Looks like it would a blast to ride too.

IT IS A REAL PLEASURE TO SEE QUALITY ENGINEERED AND MANUFACTURED COMPONENTS FOR THE LS650 FINALLY BECOME A REALITY.
I HAVE HAD ALL SORTS OF IDEAS BUT LACK THE TALENT, SKILLS, TOOLS AND TRAINING TO DO MUCH OF ANYTHING OTHER THAN FIND PARTS THAT CAN BE ADAPTED FROM OTHER SOURCES AND TRY TO MAKE THEM WORK ON THE SAVAGE.
MY HATS OFF TO YOU MAN. I HOPE YOU ARE VERY SUCCESSFUL WITH THIS. THIS COMMUNITY REALLY NEEDS SOME QUALITY AFTERMARKET PARTS.

best looking Savage I have ever seen, the only thing I would change for safety's sake would be the tires, when you really start to lean in hard on curves you will notice it, a truly beautiful build congratulations.
