rejetting for dyna?

I recently installed a dyna muffler and went to mess with the air mix screw for the first time. I turned it in until it bottomed out, counted the turns, and began to turn it out. I turned it out for almost 5 turns without noticing much loss in engine power, got a little concerned and set it to about 2.5 turns out where the engine sounded the strongest. do i need to rejet and what size? 155 main?

This is just my experience.  I put on a dyna muffler and adjusted the air screw mix and that was that.  I do not remember how many turns I made, but I did not rejet.  But that is just my experience.

I have read on here many times that every bike is different and I believe it, I am close to sea level, near the coast.  For what its worth!
