That wouldn't work on and s40 it would have to be curved or built down were it hits the fork.

my idea on the tracker style brace is to take a piece of flat stock, bend it to the approximate shape over the fender (I want to keep mine)  and then weld some 1/4' square stock to the under front and rear edges (so it looks like a channel in section) add some lightening holes and poof.....
